Finally get to experience the dumplings and it did not disappoint. Day 3 of the soft opening which explains the limited menu currently. Was told the menu will expand once the kitchen staff gets into the flow of orders. The dining setup will be changed as well with all new decor. I was able to see the chef and his sous chef create the delicious soup dumplings and discovered how the different color of wrappers are made. All dumplings freshly made in house and you can definitely taste it.
My favorite part for all the dumplings are the juices that just fill up the dumplings. Each bite had so much favor and was pure heaven. I enjoyed them so much that I had to get take out as well. My favorite was the truffle and pork. I am simply overjoyed this has opened plan on visiting again!
Shout out to Forest who took time to translate to the chef with all my questions. Staff here are beyond welcoming and helpful.

The dumplings are incredibly fresh, flavorful, and clearly handmade with care. I tried the pork and chive dumplings, and they were juicy and perfectly pan-seared. The chili oil is amazing too—just the right kick without overpowering the dish. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. This place has officially become my go-to for dumplings. Highly recommend!

The freshly made soup dumplings were absolutely delicious, and the soup noodles added so much warmth to the cold winter. Server Rocky provided exceptionally attentive service and was very friendly.

New Update:
If you enjoy Dumplings, this place is “Fire”. The service is fast and friendly. The restaurant is nice and relaxing. The dumplings are out of this world. Full of flavor and the juice shots out everywhere. The vegetable fried rice had a lot of different vegetables. The spring rolls were super crisp.

I’m from New York City which arguably has among the best cuisine ranging from various cultures. However, stopping by MD this place caught my attention. I had been here before, though only stopped by quickly so I didn’t get the “true experience.” I have nothing but positive things to say about the service, staff, and food quality. Very fair pricing, attentive service, and again, quality food. This place is a hidden gem. I had the beef bowl and the iced coffee which was outstanding. I’ll let the photo of my meal and drink do the talking. Give this place your time and business.

We got there 40 minutes to close and they still sat us even though we were a few minutes past there are regular new seating. We got great service and great food! They also didn’t rushed us when we were still eating past their close time, which was really nice

We didn’t know this was a sit down and table service kinda place before coming here. The pork soup dumplings and pan fried dumpling were good. Seaweed appetizer was super spicy but delicious. They serve alcoholic drinks and plays Sunday football on the TV. Wish the menu is bigger with more Chinese appetizers but overall can’t complain!

My husband and I came here on a whim as we both love dumplings and soup dumplings. This place did NOT disappoint! The soup dumplings were SO delicious. Pictured are pork and black truffle soup dumplings and also the pork buns. The pork buns were my favorite, but everything was all so good. It's a bit pricey, but as someone who makes dumplings, I do understand how much work goes into making them. Whenever we are in the area, we will definitely be back!

Handmade dumplings made fresh daily! They just added PHO DISTRICT dishes to their menu. I was very excited to see they added more chef inspired deliciousness to their menu. Six different beers and top shelf brand spirits offered. My go to is the Asian pear with Goose or Tito’s.
